Terms of use

These terms govern your use of KURS. Last updated: 14 August 2026.

Who provides KURS

KURS is operated by Hpcreators I/S, CVR 42979228 ("KURS", "we", "us", or "our"). Our business address is Hiort Lorenzens Gade 11, 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark. You can contact us at n.hpcreators@gmail.com. Company details are available on the company information page.

The service and your account

KURS is a project-planning and collaboration service. By creating an account or using KURS, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you assign, and the decisions you make using KURS. Do not share an account with another person or attempt to access data that has not been shared with you.

Your workspace data

You retain your rights in the content you enter into KURS. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, secure, and display that content to you and the people you authorize to access it.

Do not upload payment-card data, government identification numbers, passwords, special-category personal data, or unlawful content unless KURS has expressly agreed in writing to support that use. If you use KURS for another organisation's personal data, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority and agreements in place.

Organisations that need a data processing agreement should contact us before using KURS for personal data under their responsibility.

Acceptable use and security

You must not misuse KURS, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, test or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, a security risk, or a breach of these terms.

Free and KURS Pro

KURS is free for solo planning. KURS Pro unlocks the collaboration features shown in the billing area, including inviting people and assigning collaboration roles. Some features may be released, changed, or unavailable over time.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

KURS Pro is a monthly, automatically renewing subscription. The current price, currency, tax treatment, and the final amount due are shown before you complete payment in Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment information; KURS does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

You can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal available from KURS. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your KURS Pro access continues until the end of the already paid billing period. KURS does not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

If a payment is unsuccessful, expires, is reversed, or is refunded, KURS Pro access may be restricted or end. We may change future subscription prices or features with reasonable advance notice; a change will not alter an already paid period, and you may cancel before the next renewal.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, including rights that apply to digital services.

Availability, changes, and support

We aim to keep KURS reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. KURS should not be your only record for critical project decisions. You should keep any independent records and approvals that your work requires.

We may maintain, improve, replace, or remove features. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KURS is provided without warranties that it will meet every particular purpose or be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing project data, decisions, and outputs created or stored in the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when KURS or applicable law changes. The current version is published here with its update date. For material changes to an active paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice before the change takes effect where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, except where mandatory law in your country of residence applies and cannot be excluded.
