Terms of use

These terms describe the basic conditions for using KURS.

Service scope

KURS is a project-planning and collaboration service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use KURS only for lawful personal, professional, or team planning purposes.

  • You must not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for the data you enter into your workspace.
  • You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that takes place through your account. KURS may suspend or restrict access where there is suspected misuse, security risk, or breach of these terms.

Free and Pro features

KURS is free for solo planning. KURS Pro unlocks collaboration, including inviting people into the workspace and managing roles beyond Viewer. KURS can be used by individual project leads, by small teams, and inside companies where that collaboration model is useful.

Billing and plan changes

If paid plans, codes, or subscriptions are offered, the pricing, scope, and activation flow shown in the billing area or checkout flow will apply to the selected plan. Access may change if a subscription ends, is not completed, or is otherwise not active.

If payment infrastructure or checkout providers are added later, the billing process and these terms should be updated to match that setup.

Service changes and availability

KURS may evolve over time. Features may be changed, improved, replaced, or removed. While KURS aims to be reliable, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KURS is provided without guarantees that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing project data, decisions, and outputs created or stored in the app.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Emails and notices

KURS may send necessary transactional emails such as account confirmations, password resets, invitation emails, and service-related notices. Optional marketing emails are handled separately and require explicit consent.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Danish law, except where mandatory law in another jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded.
